HOMPAK places a high value on employee education and training. We have received continuous accreditation from the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor through the Talent Quality Management System(TTQS).
Throughout our history, HOMPAK has considered talent development as the core competitive strength of the company, maintaining a steadfast commitment through continuous investment and effort. In 2021, we introduced the TTQS, and as of 2023, we continue to uphold this commitment. This not only reflects our dedication to talent cultivation but also serves as a crucial component of our commitment to promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG.
To implement the core focus on education and training quality outlined in the PDDRO of the TTQS, we have integrated internal training plans into a comprehensive process of planning (P), design (D), execution (D), and results output (O). At each stage, we conduct reviews (R) to ensure the effective implementation of each training program. This approach not only guarantees the successful execution of training plans but also allows for the continuous optimization of internal training processes. This ongoing effort aims to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training, ensuring that our entire product line (FFS Heavy Duty PE Tubular, Heavy Duty PE Bag, Aluminum Barrier Bag, Kraft Paper Aluminum Foil Composite Bag, Kraft Paper Bag, Aluminum Liner Bag, BOPP Woven Bag, PP Woven Bag) maintains industry-leading quality and on-time delivery rates despite the dynamic market environment.
We prioritize the training of new personnel, utilizing the mechanisms of the TTQS to monitor the learning and adaptation of new hires. This enables us to make timely adjustments and provide support. In addition to assisting newcomers in adapting to and integrating into the HOMPAK family, this approach aligns with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) talent development goals of placing individuals in roles that best suit their abilities. Furthermore, we emphasize the continuous development of professional talent through interdepartmental rotations, cross-departmental collaboration, and participation in projects. This approach cultivates individuals with interdisciplinary expertise, ensuring that our entire product line can adapt quickly to market changes during the process of value chain transfer. This, in turn, enhances our market flexibility and sensitivity, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
